Power In Discussion is a platform which creates space  for meaningful discussion on a number of topics  people feel passionately about and/ or are affected by.  We discuss  LGBTQ+ matters, community, diversity and inclusion, mental and physical health, wellbeing, identity and experiences of Black poeple, to name a few!

Our aim is to create a virtual space for  discussion through our online content,  whilst always recognising the  benefit of  face to face  conversation at our live events.   A sense of community is created where people are able to discuss, normalise  experiences  and provide visibility in a shared physical space. 

Our primary focus is to create safe spaces (online/offline) for  meaningful conversations for people who are often silenced or erased from wider discussions . We aim to provide opportunities for people to see the similarities in their experiences,  connect with others, be  heard and entertained.
